Dear camper and/or caravan owner,

Temporary Camper Parking from 06 to 09 June 2025 Genks Geocache Event 2025 GCAKWAY

Anyone who wants to use the temporary camper place must follow the rules below.

• Parking is possible from Friday 12 noon to Monday 4 pm
• The camper/caravan must be parked in such a way that you can easily leave in case of emergency
• When positioning the vehicles, keep a distance of at least 2 meters between them (or follow the instructions of the organization team)
• Do not make a fire (BBQ) in the parking lot or between the campers
• No (front) tents or other constructions may be used. Nothing may be attached to the ground (fixed awnings are allowed if you are present, otherwise you must close them again)
• All waste and dirt must be cleaned up and taken away by yourself
• Nuisance to local residents (including noise) must be kept to a minimum. In the event of a violation, the entire parking lot will be cleared by the police.

The organization is not responsible and liable for any accidents and damage, whether physical or material, to anyone who may have suffered it.

There are NO facilities (electricity, water, showers and toilets)
